Marriage is ordained by God. It’s always a special relationship whichhonours God. As Hebrews 13 talks about marriages should be Honorable., yes it should be Honorable coz it honours God. Dishonouring marriage is dishonouring God. As the word says Man shall leave his father and mother and unite with his wife .. Yes it’s wife that he should related to, there’s no strings attached to that.
We are in a world where boy and boy ends up in marriage and girl taking another girl in her marriage, this is not ordained by God. May be This is why Paul wrote in 1cor: 7 about the immorality in marriage and the necessity of the marriage.
By the way the story started like this., In the beginning God created Heavens and the earth and so on.. He created light , water , animals, vegetation etc.. And said “it was good”. But when He created Adam he said “it’s not good” for man to be alone and He created His partner ., and He made a covenant saying be fruitful and multiply , He confirmed that covenant to Noah after the flood saying Be fruitful and multiply. this Honours God.
There are n number of things about marriage but I want to encourage you with this word that , let’s do something that Honours God , which is beyond the pleasure , finance or anything. HOnour marriage coz it Honours God. 😂😊😂😊
